What is the National Association of Executive Recruiters?

Founded in 1985 by a group of the nation's leading search professionals, the National Association of Executive Recruiters (NAER) represents a membership dedicated to the highest level of ethical standards and practices. United with this commitment to excellence, NAER members set the standards for the industry and our goal is to continually enhance our quality and methods through education, interaction, and professional competence.

Selecting a NAER-member firm assures clients that their search will be carried out in complete confidentiality by skilled professionals. Our executive recruiters are specialists - professionals who focus on a specific industry, skill, function, or geographical area, however broad or narrow. Their expertise enables them to conduct and complete complex searches with speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
