Palacios and Associates, Inc., a 19 consultant, multi-disciplinary, multi-functional executive search firm specializing in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and medical devices sector.

Ms. Palacios was inducted by a unanimous vote of the NAER membership. She distinguished herself as the organization’s chairperson in 2004 and 2005, and was a member of the board of directors of the Society for Human Resources Management from 1986 to 1993. Ms. Palacios has written more than 100 articles for major newspapers and business magazines, including Caribbean Business, San Juan Star, El Nuevo Dia, and the Society for Human Resources magazine.

She was recognized as one of the Ten Most Wanted Businesswomen in Puerto Rico by Caribbean Business in 1999; recognized as one of the Women at the Top by San Juan’s mayor, J. Santini in 2001; recognized as one of the Top Executive Women by Caribbean Business in 2002; recognized as The Most Powerful Business Woman in Puerto Rico by the Chamber of Commerce of Puerto Rico in 2003; recognized as one of the Great Business Women in Puerto Rico by Caribbean Business in 2003; recognized by the San Juan Star as Extraordinary Woman in 2006 and as one of the Top Women in Leadership in 2007.

Ms. Palacios was a member of the board of directors and vice chair of the Castaner General Hospital in 1998 and 1999; received the Founder’s Award from the Children’s Hospital Society in San Juan “for her quality as a human being, as a professional, and for her commitment to the socio-economic, cultural and overall welfare of our country.”

It was with profound respect and appreciation that the National Association of Executive Recruiters inducted Jeannette Cabrera Palacios as the inaugural member of the NAER Hall of Fame.
