Mary Jo CranmoreMary Jo Cranmore

Creative Director at Message2Media

Mary Jo Cranmore is a 25-year veteran journalist and storyteller. Starting out as a TV news producer, writing and crafting interesting and viewer-attractive stories, she learned to build an audience. During her time in the media, Mary Jo worked at NBC & ABC network affiliates and then as a field producer for Dateline NBC and Good Morning, America.

Making the leap from TV news to marketing, she built and directed marketing programs, including large scale events connected to social media campaigns at Pierce Promotions + Event Management for some of the largest brands in the country, including Discovery Health, Kraft Foods, Gillette and Verizon. She’s also led PR teams in the B2B space to develop and pitch story ideas to the media, developed video storytelling & social media branding for clients in the professional services, financial, banking and healthcare industries.

Currently, Mary Jo is the Creative Director for Message2Media, a media marketing agency that focuses on building personal and corporate brands through booking guest expert clients appearances on national TV news programming (CNBC, FOX Business, Good Morning, America).

Mark NessMark Ness

Mark Ness serves as Chief Operating Officer at Profiles Incorporated. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business.

Mark has 30 years of professional training experience. He began his training career as a U.S. Navy Jet Pilot in 1980, training newer pilots to land on aircraft carriers.

Upon retirement as a Naval Officer and pilot, Ness took up a new career in the field of psychology, refocusing on his Psychobiology degree from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.

Mark has focused his training expertise in the area of leadership with 20 years of experience in the field, working with Fortune 100 companies in the U.S. as well as internationally. His experience as a Naval Officer, an Aviation Training Captain, and his background in Psychological assessment instruments makes him uniquely qualified to provide leadership and development training.

Terry is a LinkedIn veteran of 5 years.  Currently, he leads a sales team in the Search and Staffing vertical.  Terry’s team partners with over 700 boutique recruitment firms across all industries, contract and permanent, contingent and retained.  Terry specializes in social recruiting and is dedicated to ensuring his clients see return on their LinkedIn investment.  When he’s not helping recruitment firms win, Terry can be found on the golf course or watching the World Champion Chicago Cubs.
