Welcome, 2020. If you’re a recruiting firm owner like me, you’re examining your recruiting results for 2019 and planning your success strategy for the new year. There is no better way to do this than taking advantage of the expertise of your NAER peers.
Whether it be a marketing, legal, client, candidate, management or any other challenge, one of our members has dealt with a similar problem. Because we are non-competing firm owners, we can securely share valuable information about strategies and tactics that work as well as key operating metrics to benchmark our own results. Our members operate with the highest level of ethics and professionalism, and we have hundreds of years of recruiting expertise among us.
In no other association have I been able to bear my soul, share my thoughts, and gain helpful insight than with my fellow NAER members. In fact, I know I can pick up the phone and call one of our members to get help when I need it. So, if you’re an NAER member, I look forward to another year of networking, education, friendship and advice. If you’re not a member, you’re an owner, and you’re looking for training, mentoring and advice, you may want to get to know us.
We are entering this new decade with historically low unemployment, rapid technology advancement, and an election year. There will be challenges to overcome, and there will be tremendous opportunities for us all in 2020. I truly believe we are all “better together,” and with my NAER peers, I am excited about this upcoming year. Best wishes for an outstanding 2020.
